Purpose This report allows the user to create an organizational model forCollections Management. Additionally there is the possibility to add auser / several users to a business role. Integration Features Creation of the CM-organizational model The following organizational model gets created:
- Organizational unit: Collection Department 1
Organizational unit: Collection Unit 1 Position: Collection Agent 1 If the organizational model does already exist, the radio button for thecreation of the model will be displayed greyed out.Add a user to an existing business role Enter an existing business role as well as an existing user and executethe report. If already a position with the same name as the businessrole exists, this position will be used. Otherwise a position with thename of the business role will be created and linked to organizationalunit Collection Unit 1. The business role will be added as an attributeto the position. The user will get linked to the position. If you want to add several users, multiple user names can get entered inthe user list separated by space. If the organizational model does not yet exist, the radio button foradding the user to a business role will be displayed greyed out.
