Matching the History of Standing Requests Purpose
The program flags the entries of all selected standing requests in thehistory with Document Reversed for all contract accountingdocuments reversed in FI-CA.
The document reversed indicator in the history ensures thatdocuments are created again as a replacement for the reversed documentswith the next document creation run. You should therefore only use theprogram when you want to create documents for the due dates for whichthe documents were reversed.
The selection of standing requests and the limit on the number of hitstakes place after the selection through the interval request number
, document date and posting date. The program alsoincludes only standing requests for which FI-CA documents were alreadyposted (status = 3), or closed standing requests (status = 4).Features Selection
Selection of standing requests according to:
- Request number
- Document date
- Posting date
The maximum number of hits is limited to 250 data records. However, youcan overwrite this number.
You can execute the report as a test run.Output
Log
The program issues a log containing all standing requests entered in thehistory table that were flagged for the document with the match with thereversal indicator X.
Log contains the following fields:
- Request number
- Name
- Document date
- Status
- Created by
- Changed on
- Document type
- Document number
- Posting date
- Due date
- Document number of reversal document
You can go to the detailed view from the fields request number,document number and document number of reversal documentby double-clicking. The following transactions are called for this:
