Description
Report RFKKCO03 carries out the first step in FI-CA correspondencearchiving: Creation of an archive with correspondence. The second stepis done by report RFKKCO04: Deletion of correspondence on the basis ofthe archive which has just been set up.
The related archiving object is called FI_MKKCORR.

The program checks the lives of the selected correspondence andarchives them once the life expires. You can define the lives ofcorrespondence types in customizing. All relevant table entries arearchived for all correspondence which fulfills this criteria.
The following checks will prevent correspondence being archived:

• Fehler ERR_COPRI: Correspondence not yet printed


• Fehler ERR_NOLD: Correspondence runtime has not yet expired


• Fehler ERR_NCUST: No correspondence type available
for the correspondence.
