Purpose
Using this report, you can analyze the status of the data transfer fromContract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA) to the general ledger a
nd profitability analysis.

Prerequisites
Only closed reconciliation keys can be checked for the transfer process.Open reconciliation keys are displayed in a hierarchically sequential l
ist under a separate header entry.

Output
You can:

  • Restrict the selection to specific reconciliation keys

  • Activate or deactivate the check for individual transfer processes

    • Activity
    If you select the Incompletely Transferred Reconciliation Keys op
    tion, only incomplete or untransferred reconciliation keys aredisplayed. Depending on the status displayed you can proceed as follows:
    For the Transfer to General Ledger

    • Not transferred

      • No transfer to the general ledger has been run. Start the transferprogram RFKKGL00 and enter the reconciliation key.
      • Partially transferred

        • The transfer to the general ledger was performed only for specific compa
        ny codes or for specific posting data. Start the transfer programRFKKGL00 and enter the reconciliation key.
        • Adjustment records not transferred

          • Program RFKKABS1 adjusted the totals records, but theadjustment records have not been transferred to the general ledger.Start transfer program RFKKGL00, specify thereconciliation key, and set the Transfer Adjustment Dataindicator.
          • Adjustment records transferred incompletely

            • Program RFKKABS1 adjusted the totals records, but theadjustment records have not been completely transferred to the generalledger. Start transfer program RFKKGL00, specify thereconciliation key, and set the Transfer Adjustment Data
            indicator.
            For the Transfer to Profitability Analysis
            • Not transferred

              • No transfer to Profitability Analysis has been carried out yet. Startthe transfer program RFKKCOPA00 and enter thereconciliation key.
              • Partially transferred

                • The transfer to the Profitability Analysis was performed only for specif
                ic company codes or for specific posting data. Start the transferprogram RFKKCOPA00 and enter the reconciliationkey.
