Purpose
You use this report to prepare a list of prenumbered invoices, inaccordance with Chinese legal requirements. The report shows the numberof invoices at the beginning and end of the month, how many have beenpurchased, issued, voided, and returned.

Prerequisites
You have:

• Defined in Customizing the document lots that you have purchased


• Maintained all the important data relating to the lots and books, for
example, purchase date, official document lot number, and documentclass

• Voided any invalid invoices

Features

Selection
The selection screen includes the following fields:


• Reason for return

Displays the invoices returned in a separate column and excludes themfrom the voided invoices.

• Reason for loss

Displays the invoices lost separately, with the total number ofinvoices lost per reason.

Output
The system displays a list, with administrative information about thedocument lots.

Activities
The output screen includes the following functions:


• To display a detailed list of the voided and lost invoices, click the
appropriate total.

• Detail list

Displays information about the books that you have selected.
