Description
The program selects all revenue documents posted in Financial Accountingand checks whether a distribution rule, according to which the budget isto be increased, has been defined for theRevenue FM account assignment
.
Based on the distribution rules, the program determines the expenditureFM account assignments for which the budget is to be increased as wellas the amount of the budget increase. This information is stored in thesystem as additional document data (financial accounting document,acceptance request or forecast of revenue) and forms the basis forincreasing the budget using program RFFMUD01.

Definition of the rules for increasing the budget within master datamaintenance.

Output
In the test run, you obtain a list of all revenue FM account assignmentsposted to for which a distribution rule has not been defined and whoserevenues can therefore not increase the budget.
Based on the list, you can decide whether these revenues are to increasethe budget as well. If so, maintain the distribution rules for thecorresponding revenue FM account assignments within master datamaintenance and then restart program RFFMUD11 again in an update run.
