Transferring documents completely reduced into the new data structures

Purpose
When upgrading component FM to Release >= 45B, you must convert thedata structures using program RFFMTRNS. Documents completely reduced (*value of field FCABP-LDBTR is 0) are not transferred into the new datastructures in this conversion. The reason for this is to keep the timethat the system is idle as short as possible. The volume of data in thenew tables is also reduced.
There could however be a constellation, that makes a selective (orcomplete) transfer of these completely reduced documents advisable. Anexample:
In version 4.0B, you have carried forward purchase order 4711 from year98 to year 99. You have reduced it completely in 99 and subsequentlystarted the carryforward. Now you are changing the purchase order in99. In doing so, the purchase order is written back into year 98.Presumably, this year has already been closed.
What arguments are there against a complete carryforward of completelyreduced documents?
The volume of data. You should therefore have all the completelyreduced documents displayed in the old data structure. Should youdecide to proceed in a selective manner: This program can be called upby one of the ABAPs you have written using SUBMIT.

Prerequisites
You used component Funds Management in a version prior to 45B and youhave already performed the conversion using program RFFMTRNS. Theprogram must not be started during the downtime of the system! You canstart it any point later in time, as long as it is before the nextfiscal year change. A simultaneous posting should be avoided at allcosts. The old FCABP record should not have been deleted.

Selection
You must start this program for each client, fiscal year and FM area.If you want to carry forward individual documents, you must selectindividual document numbers. If you have restricted the type ofdocument number, only this type of document will be taken into account.

Output
The program outputs the number of converted documents.
