Purpose
Reconstruction of Sales Orders in Funds Management (FM)

Integration
During a production run, program RFFMRP07N reconstructs FM commitmentsfor sales orders that were not properly updated or deleted. If thecommitments already exist in FM, the program attempts to correctinconsistencies between original documents and commitment documentsstored in table FMIOI.
Documents with error messages need to be analyzed and correctedmanually. Once errors have been corrected, the program should beexecuted again.

Selection
During a production run, the program will update assigned values in thedatabase as it carries out the availability check. However, please notethat this option can slow down the reconciliation. Therefore, werecommend that you only use it for small ranges of documents.

Output
If the program has been executed in the foreground and execution hasended, you can display a list of the documents that could not becorrected by choosing path Goto -> Application log or byusing the menu bar icon Log.

Example
If you need to correct a large amount of data and you do not usePeriod Based Encumbrance Tracking, we recommend the following:
Rebuild data with transaction FMNSD (programRFFMRP07).
Use program RFFMPRP07N to correct the documents that cannot be rebuilt.Documents can be excluded from the rebuild if they are, for example,carried forward to the next fiscal year.
Rebuild the assigned budget using transaction FMBV (programBPINDX03). If you activated the new Budget Control System(BCS), run transaction FMAVCREINIT (programRFFMAVC_REINIT).
This three-step procedure could be faster than a correction using theRFFMRP07N program.
