The layout differs depending on whether only one revenue cover pool isdisplayed or a selection of several cover pools.
If only one cover pool is displayed, the rule for the additionalrevenues is displayed in the header data. You also have the option ofdisplaying these revenues per account assignment in a new column. Todisplay this column, select Change Layout and then copy thecolumn revenues from the column set to the column selection. Youcan then trace from which account assignments the additional revenuesoriginate and the amount used for each FM account assignment.
Note: The rule foradditional revenues appliesto the whole cover pool and not just to the individual members of apool. The revenues are always viewed as a total, regardless to whichrevenue FM account assignments they have gone. This principle alsoapplies to additional revenues. You can find an example of this under"Example".

Example
A revenue cover pool is made up of three account assignments E1, E2 andE3. Budget values of 100, 200 and 300 are on E1, E2 and E3 respectively.According to the rule defined, revenues that exceed 100% of the budgetare to be considered additional revenues.
Account Assignment,,Budget,,Revenues
E1,,100,,50
E2,,200,,400
E3,,300,,250
Which amount is reported as additional revenues in this case?
The totaling of the column revenue budget results in a totalbudget of 600 Euro in the cover pool, totaling the column revenues
result in total revenues of 700 Euro so that there are additionalrevenues of 100 Euro.
The column Budget Transferable Manually displays the amount thatcan be transferred for each account assignment. This amount cannotexceed the revenue amount of the individual account assignment or theadditional revenues of the cover pool. The budget that could betransferred manually for E1, E2 and E3 in the example above would be 50,100 and 100 Euro. However, only 100 Euro could be transferred manuallyfor the whole cover pool.
Account Assignment,,Budget,,Revenues,,Transferable
E1,,100,,50,,50
E2,,200,,400,,100
E3,,300,,250,,100
Note: Cross assignments reduce the additional revenues. A crossassignment of 50 Euro on E1 decreases the budget that can be transferredmanually to 50 Euro. You can only affect the order in which theadditional revenues available on the account assignments are used by amanual transfer posting. Otherwise, the first posting to one of theexpenditure FM account assignments assigned to the cover pool reducesthe additional revenues.
