Purpose
This program deletes change logs (change history records) for postingaddresses.

Prerequisites

• You have activated the logging of budget structure changes in
Customizing.

• You have created posting addresses either via manual maintenance or
using the mass generation program.

Features
When you run the program in a real run, all change history records forposting addresses are deleted according to the specified selectioncriteria.

Selection


• Enter an FM area, a posting ledger and a to-date.


• Processing options: decide whether you want to perform a test or
a real run.

Output
The number of deleted records and the change history tables aredisplayed.
