Purpose Using this program, you can check whether there is commitment/actualdata in Funds Management account assignments that are not defined asposting addresses. This data can be inconsistent if you changed the valid postingaddresses after posting the commitment/actual data. This may be thecase, for example, if you did not work with a budget structure in thebeginning and restricted the selection of valid posting addresses whenyou converted to a budget structure. Selection You execute the program in the FM area/fiscal year for each postingledger. Output If there are inconsistencies, the FM account assignments concerned areissued in a list. Activities Execute the program. If inconsistencies are found, define the inconsistent FM accountassignments as posting addresses. You do this in the Funds Managementmenu under Master Data -> Budget Structure -> Budget Control System-> Posting Addresses -> Change >or Mass Processing> |
