Purpose
Using this program, you can copy budget and posting addresses betweenfiscal years, budget categories, posting ledgers and budget structuresfor an FM area.

Prerequisites
Please make sure that the FM account assignment elements of the postingand budget addresses affected have been activated in Funds Management(IMG activity Activate Account AssignmentElements) and in the budget control system (IMG activityActivate Account Assignment Elements inBCS).

Features
The program copies posting or budget addresses according to theselection criteria defined. You execute the copying separately for theposting addresses and the budget addresses.
In addition, if you choose the option Derived Budget Addresses,you can use the derivation strategy for budget addresses defined inCustomizing as source data for the copy process.
In the event of errors, the program run is not terminated for individualbudget or posting addresses. It continues for account assignmentswithout errors that can be copied. The account assignments that cannotbe copied are listed in an error log.

Selection
You execute the program run for each FM area. If you selected the optionBudget Address, you can assign a budget category and a budgetstructure in addition to a fiscal year. If you selected the optionPosting Address, you can assign the relevant posting ledger inaddition to the fiscal year.

Output
A list of the copied budget or posting addresses is issued. The errorlog is displayed in a separate dialog box.
