SAP Program RFFMBS_BO_HIST_DEL - Delete Change Documents for Budget Addresses

Purpose
This program deletes change logs (change history records) for budgetaddresses.

Prerequisites

  • You have activated the logging of budget structure changes in
    • Customizing.
    • You have created budget addresses either via manual maintenance or using
      • the mass generation program.

      Features
      When you run the program in a real run, all change history records forbudget addresses are deleted according to the specified selectioncriteria.

      Selection

      • Enter an FM area, a budget category and a to-date.

      • Processing options: decide whether you want to perform a test or
        • a real run.

        Output
        The number of deleted records and the change history tables aredisplayed.
