Purpose
Program RFDM3000 creates dispute cases for residual items arising during
automatic incoming payments (account statement, lockbox), during checkpresentation, or in postprocessing.
Alternatively, you can use the program to create dispute cases for openreceivables items. You can use the selection criteria to restrict the qu
antity of open items (for example, using the document type and postingkey for residual items from incoming payment postings).
To switch between the two alternatives, on the selection scree chooseAutomatic Incoming Payment or Open Items.

Prerequisites

Automatic incoming payments
The subledger accounting document (posting area 2) must be posted and mu
st contain one or more residual items so that you can create disputecases.

Features
The program creates the dispute cases without dialog using the attribute
values defined in Customizing or filledvia the customer enhancementsimplemented. You can also enter notes on the selection screen and theseare then stored in all dispute cases.

Selection
You can select using the data of the account statement (house bank accou
nt, statement number) and the data of the open item (amount, reasoncode, ...).

Output
The result of the program run is logged via theapplication log (object FIDM).

e been created (for example, no residual item found, items did not meetselection criteria).

• The problem class Important contains reports of errors that occurred dur

ing creation.
You can delete old entries in the application log.
