Create work orders or notifications for inspections

Purpose
This report allows you to create orders and notifications fortechnical installations orequipment inInspection lists viacampaigns.

Integration
You can:

  • Create or extend the inspection list.

    • When you extend the list, technical installations or equipment areadded to the list.
    • Change and display the list.

    • In this case you can complete orders or notifications or delete
      • installations or equipment from the list that do not have orders ornotifications.

      Prerequisites
      You have

      • Defined control parameters for inspections
        • in Customizing
        • Created an inspection list.

          • Features
          To define your own fields for inspection lists, use enhancementEWMHI001. You can also use these fields as selectioncriteria for inspection lists.
          If you want to create many orders or notifications at once, werecommend that you execute this report in the background.

          Output
          When you create an inspection list, an application log is created thatyou can display immediately.
          To display the logs at a later time, proceed as follows:
