Purpose
This report program lists which safety measures and agents a work areahas on a key date. It also lists the persons assigned to the work area.The description, operation status, and themain rating are displayedfor the agents.
You can execute the report program both for one single selection of workareas or for multiple selections of work areas. If you also set theHigher-level work areas or Lower-level work areasindicators on the selection screen, the work areas above or below theselected work areas in the hierarchy are displayed in addition. Thereport also displays the safety measures and agents for these workareas.

Integration
To determine the data, the system evaluates the organizational structureof Organizational Management. Here it uses the evaluation pathWA-S-P (work area -> positions -> persons). WA-S-P is thedefault value of the environment parameter WA_PATHID. For moreinformation about WA_PATHID, see Specify Environment Parameters inCustomizing for Basic Data and Tools.

Prerequisites
You have display authorization for work areas.
The agents must exist in theexposure profile of therespective work area.

If you selected several work areas, you can navigate between them in theresult list using pushbuttons. The following pushbuttons are available:
