Title Delete data exchange tasks Purpose You use this report to delete all of the selected data exchange task'stable entries from the database. This includes the following:
- The analysis of data exchange tasks
The data exchange tasks that can be deleted are determined.
- The deletion of data exchange tasks
The data exchange tasks that were determined in the first step aredeleted. This includes the following data: The data exchange tasks themselves IDocs for data exchange tasks References for data exchange tasks Errors of the data exchange task The allocation of the data exchange taskIntegration INCLUDE ISU_DATEX_INTEGRATION OBJECT DOKU ID TX Prerequisites Features You can use business add-in ISU_IDE_DELETETASK to includecustomer-specific checks for the purpose of analyzing data exchangetasks with regard to their deletability. Selection When you start the report you can restrict the selection amount usingthe following values or value ranges:
- Data exchange process>
- Third party service provider>
- Status in data exchange process>
- Own service provider>
- Retention period in days (optional for key date)>: If a task has
exceeded the retention period in the system and the other selectioncriteria have been met, the task is deleted. If you do not enter a retention period, you must define a key date.
- Key date (optional for retention period)>: Instead of the date
being calculated internally using the retention period, enter the datedirectly for the key date. If the key date has been reached and the other selection criteria havebeen met, the task is deleted. If you do not enter a retention period, you must enter a key date. Ifyou do enter a retention period, you are not permitted to enter a keydate. This provides you with the number of tasks that can be deleted.The selected tasks are however not> deleted from the database.
