- EDEXTASK: Data exchange task (header)
- EDEXTASKASS, EDEXTASKIDOC, EDEXTASKREF, EDEXTASKWKFLOW and
EDEXTASKERROR: Data xxchange task (reference values)
- The archiving object for data exchange tasks is ISU_DEXTAS
- Use transaction AOBJ to find the definition of the archiving object and
the corresponding Customizing settings
- Use transaction SARA to find the archive administration and the
corresponding Customizing settings
- Use transaction SARI to find the technical view for the archived data
exchange tasksIntegration The archiving of data exchange tasks incorporates the following reports: The system analyzes data exchange tasks Those documents that can be archived are written to the archive file. Deletion reports Data exchange tasks in the archive file are deleted from thecorresponding database tables. Features The archiving report selects only data exchange tasks whose retentionperiod has expired. You can define the retention period in Customizing, under DefineRetention Period for Archiving Objects (SAP Utilities -> Tools ->Archiving -> Define Retention Period for Archiving Objects>). You can use the ISU_DEXTAS_ARCHIVE BAdI in a subsequent analysis processto define additional checks for the archivability of data exchangetasks. Archivability Checks:> Different kinds of checks are performed before data exchange tasks arearchived These checks can be grouped by areas.
