Retention period in days (optional to key date): The system determines a date for the retention period. This is used tocheck the creation date of the correspondence data. If thecorrespondence data was created earlier than this date, and thefollowing selection criteria are fulfilled, the correspondence data isdeleted. If you do not define a retention period, you must define a key date. Key date (optional to retention period): Carries out the same function as the retention period. However, here youenter the date directly, it is not calculated internally. If you have already entered a retention period, you cannot enter a keydate. Document number: If you enter an individual document number or number range, you canrestrict the number of budget billing that can be selected. Runtime restriction If you activate runtime restriction, the analysis reportis ended when it reaches its end date and end time. This enablesyou to run the analysis program in short periods as a job. Test run If you start the report as a test run, the selected correspondence datais not deleted from the database and the system only outputs the numberof selected budget billing plans. |
