Generate Dataset for Work Centers

Purpose
You use this report to generate a dataset in order to transfer workcenters between SAP systems.
You can execute the report RCRAPDX1 to generate the dataset from thesource system. You then use this dataset to transfer the work centers tothe target system, which is also an SAP system. You can view thestructure of the dataset within the Data Transfer Workbench applicationby entering 260 as object ID.
This report enhances report RCRAPDX2, which you use to load work centersinto your target R/2 system using direct input.
On the initial screen, you must enter the path and file name:

  • To write the dataset to your application server, choose the
    • corresponding option and enter the logical file name.
    • To write the dataset to your presentation server, choose the
      • corresponding option and enter the physical file name.
