Purpose
Writes the first line of the long text (SAPscript) to the short texttable RMSAT_POSVTX (XPRA).

Integration
If table PVRCPD exists, the XPRA is run.
The search looks for all recipe entries that have not filled a textcounter (PVTXCNT field).
For all the recipes found:
- The text counter in table PVRCPD is filled
- The long text from SAPscript is read in all languages
- Any existing formatting is deleted from the first row.
The unformatted row is saved in table RMSAT_POSVTX with the key fields.
