Purpose
You can use this program to delete external candidates with allassociated links.

Selection

• Candidate

If you want to delete a candidate, enter the candidate ID.

• Talent Group

If you want to delete candidates that are grouped together in a talentgroup, enter the talent group ID. You can only select the talent groupsfor which you are a member of the support team.

• Deregistered Candidates

If you set this indicator, candidates are deleted only if theirregistration in the Talent Pool has also been deleted.

• Check Legal Conformance

If you set this indicator, the program checks whether there areassignments of the candidate to requisitions and which retention periodsare stored for each of the requisitions. If there are no assignments torequisitions or the retention periods have expired, the relevantcandidate is deleted.

• Test Mode

If you set this indicator, the program performs a test run without anychanges being made to the database.

Output
The report displays a result list. A message appears for candidates thatwere not deleted.
