Time Sheet: Transfer to Target Components

Purpose
The report RCATSTAL transfers time sheet data records from theinterface tables to the target components HR, CO, PS, and PM/CS. Youcan trigger the transfer of data records to several target componentsin one single step.
You can use criteria from the HR Organizational Assignmentinfotype (0001) to select the data records for transfer. You couldselect the records according to a specific cost center, for example.

Integration
The report RCATSTAL links and standardizes the transfer reports fromHR, CO, PS, and PM/CS. Parameters that are only permitted for certaintarget components are indicated as such in the selection screen.
If you have two separate systems installed, one for Human Resources andanother for Logistics and Accounting components, you must run thereport for HR separately in the HR System. Data can be transferred toCO, PM/CS, and PS in the other system in one step.

Prerequisites
To execute the report, you must first make all of thecomponent-specific Customizing settings in the target components, aswell as have the authorizations necessary to execute the reports fortransferring into HR, CO, PS, and PM/CS.
