Determines Value Assignments that Contain Invalid Values

Description
This program is used to determine value assignments that contain invalidvalues or phrases.
To do this, all characteristics are first read to which a phrase set isassigned. Then the values of the characteristics that are capable ofhaving phrases assigned are split, and a check is made to establishwhether they exist in the phrase header table. If values do not existthere, they are written to an internal table with their respectivecharacteristic description.
In the next step, the specifications are determined and assigned inwhich these characteristics are assigned values. The data is alsoextended to include the value assignment instance(s) and the respectivevalidity areas.
When the process is completed, a list is output that is sorted byspecification. For each specification, the characteristics, therespective value assignment instance, the validity area, and therespective invalid value are output.
