Purpose
1. All structures and table types that themselves use a table type
have to be activated again because a new nametab has to be written.
2. This new nametab is necessary because ABAP changed the length of a
table type from 256 to 8.
3. In the XPRA, therefore, all the users of table types are selected
and then activated with a mass activation call.
