SAP Program RADDTN41 - DD: XPRA: Fill sources+nametab for DTEL with direct type entry

XPRA RADDTN41 (SAP-internal) The XPRA copies the information from the corresponding domain for alldata elements and stores it in the data element (DD04L). DD04L-REFKINDis also filled correctly (reference to a domain) and entered in thenametab (X030L-BUFSTATE). Background: Introduction of data elements with direct type entry and corresponding enhancement to DD04L. Precondition DD04L is enhanced by the fields for direct type entry.
