Purpose
Archiving of question lists

Integration
This function is part of the archiving of archiving object PLM_QUM incomponent Audit Management (CA-AUD).

Prerequisites
In order to archive question lists, the status Archived (I1806)must first have been set for these question lists via the preprocessingprogram PLM_AUDIT_ARC_QUM_CHECK.

Features
The question lists and the associated questions are archived using thewrite program.
You can use the BAdI Archiving ObjectPLM_QUM: Add-On for Specific Data (ARC_PLM_QUM_WRITE ) to select andarchive additional data for the question list.

Output
A summarized or a detailed log is created. You can control this usingthe indicator Detail Log.

Activities
Start the write program using transaction SARA and a corresponding jobfor the archiving object PLM_QUM.
We recommend that you store a unique comment for each archiving run onthe selection screen.
We also recommend that you set up the archiving object PLM_QUM in such away that the deletion run is started automatically. This avoids questionlists being archived more than once.
