No client copy must have been completed for the client before thereport program RSCLXCOP is called.
If the program terminates, the field RESTART is set to 'X' andan attempt is made to restart the program.
If a client copy is already active, the report programINST_CLIENT_COPYCLX terminates with an appropriate message.
