SAP Program ICL_RIDATA_UI - Report Claim/Loss and Accounting Data to Reinsurance System

Purpose
You can use this report to transfer claim/loss data and settlement datafrom the Claims Management system (FS-CM) to a reinsurance system.

Efg_integration
Integration with the reinsurance system is done withBusiness Add-In (BAdI)ICL_RIDATA. To do so, perform IMG activity BAdI:Interface to Reinsurance System.

Prerequisites
To be able to execute this report, the user needs the appropriateauthorization. This is controlled by authorization objectI_ICL_RI.
The following authorizations exist:

Data on reserves is taken from the reserve lot. This means that data isonly up-to-date if the reserve lot was updated beforehand.

Features
You can transfer to the reinsurance system claim/loss and settlementdata that has changed in a certain period.
By default, the period specifications are prefilled as follows:

  • Start: Date and time of last transfer

  • End: Date and time are not prefilled

  • You can change these period specifications. If you are authorized toprocess subsets, you can also restrict the transfer to certainindividual claims.

    • Processing period:

    • Date From
      Start of processing period
      The field is prefilled with the date on which the last transfer tookplace.
      Time From
      The field is prefilled with the time at which the last transfer tookplace.
      Date To
      End of the processing period
      The field is not prefilled.
      Time To
      End of the processing period
      The field is not prefilled.

        Selection for processing of part sets
        • Options

        • Simulation
          No data transfer in outbound queue
          Detailed log
          Enhanced information in application log (problem class additionalinformation)

          Standard_variants

          Output
          The system transfers the claim/loss and settlement data to thereinsurance system according to the selection criteria that have beenentered, and also creates a corresponding application log.
