Description
This program is called thru a dynamic call in p0005. It is only
accessed when entering p0005 thru the hiring process. It defaults
all leave types entered in p0005 to p0311.

Precondition
Have to use p0005 thru PA40

Output
all leave entries entered in p0005 will be defaulted into p0311 and
records should be created for them.
