Title
List of legal deductions per employee (Finland)

Purpose
This report provides you with a detailed overview per employee of themost common legal deductions in Finland currently supported by SAP:

  • Trade union membership fees,

  • Supplementary pension contributions,

  • Sickness fund contributions,

  • Personnel service office deductions.
  • Prerequisites
    To create the list successfully:

    • Make sure you have been through the corresponding customizing steps
    • (for more information, see Legal deductions inthe IMG),
      • Maintain the following infotypes:

      • Actions (0000),
        Organizational assignment (0001),
        Personal data (0002),
        Addresses (0006),
        Reccuring payments/deductions (0016).
        • Assign all the necessary wage types to the relevant cumulation wage
        • types in subapplication Finnish legal deductions (FILD)and customize them correctly. For more information, see view clus
          ter Statutory subapplications (VC_T596A).
          • Make sure you have run the payroll program for the selected period(s).
          • Features

            Selection
            You can make various selections according to time-dependent andorganizational needs.
            Note that if you do not enter a personnel number of a selection ofpersonnel numbers, the system retrieves all the personnel numbers (notrecommended for larger companies).
            In addition, subapplication Finnish legal deductions (FILD
            ) is selected to retrieve the relevant wage types. The system looksfor the cumulation wage types stored in the relevant table (T596G
            ). You can add extra wage types in the corresponding customizingtable (T596J) for evaluation purposes.

            Standard_variants
            Per default, variant SAP_STANDARD is used as a model variant.

            Output
            The report retrieves the data from the various infotypes and theamounts from the wage types PSO deduction (/PSO), SFCdeduction (/SFR) and SPC deduction (/SPR) inthe payroll results table (RT), and wage type TUM payment(/TUP) in the bank transfer table (BT), and generates alist containing the legal deduction amounts per employee for theselected period.
            In addition, the Advanced List Viewer (ALV) provides you with a set oftools that give you insight into the reported data and allow you to setdifferent views and options for filtering and selecting data, displaysubtotals and totals, export data to MS Excel and MS Word, send data asan attachment, or display data graphically.
