Description
The "Normative instruction 86" is a legal document that must bedelivered to the competent authorities.
The program HBRIN860 generates the following TemSe files:

• Payroll file


• Employee register file


• Discounts/gains table file

The reports that must be printed and delivered together with the filesare also generated. There are four reports for each file created:

• Follow-up report


• Dump of the 30 first and the 30 last record files


• Identification label of the file(s) volume(s)


• File layout

Precondition
Customizing the following section of the implementation guide (IMG):Payroll --> Payroll Brazil --> Legal forms --> Normativeinstruction 68/86 - IN68/IN86 --> Assigndiscount and gain wage types.
The report HBRIN860 should only be used to generate information from 1January 2002 on. To generate information before this date, use thereport HBRIN680.

Output
The option "Do not print reports" on the selection screen, enablesstoring without printing the reports.
The formatting of the three reports created obeys the rules of thenormative instruction in question. Meanwhile, it became necessary toextend the size of some fields when the length of the informationstored in the R/3 was longer than suggested:
