SAP Program HBRGRPS0 - GCSW - Guide of Collect of Social Welfare

&DESCRIPTION&
This report is used to issue the document "Guide of Collect of SocialWelfare" (GCSW), a monthly legal document required from the companiesabout the employees' contributions to the Social Insurance Body (SIB).
This report is printed via a form defined in SapScript.
The selection screen offers the following options:

  • Employment status - defines the type of relationship between the
    • employer and the employee
    • Identification code of the declarant company

    • Additional options in case of a branch or construction site

    • Definition of the collect type: regular or delayed

    • Month and year to which the declared information relates

    • Indication of SIB collect over Christmas allowance. If that happens, a
      • specific Guide of Collect is created for that purpose.

      Precondition
      Customize the following section of the implementation guide (IMG):Personnel administration --> Personnel administration -->Organizational data --> Branches and construction sites: Brazil -->General and legal information --> Informationfor GCSW.

      Output
      "Guide of Collect of Social Welfare" (GCSW) legal report.
