SAP Program HBRDEPD0 - Dependents Declaration for Income Tax Discount

Description
This report is used to run the document "Dependents Declaration forWithholding Income Tax Discount Purposes". This document issues a listof dependents for each selected employee.
This report is printed via a form set in SAPscript.

Output
1. SAPscript output form with the following information:

  • About the employee:

    • Paying source
    Name of declarant
    WCSW
    SPR
    Marital status
    Address
    Postal code
    District
    City
    State
    • About the dependent:

      • Order number
      Full name
      Dependency relationship
      Birth date
      2. It is also possible to choose the number of lines to be printed tomanually insert the dependents' data.
      3. If you deselect Print employees without dependents,the report will not be printed for employees who do not havedependents.
