SAP Program FILA_RE_SELECT_RETURN - Create Return Transaction Tranche

Purpose
You can use this report to select refinancing contracts that you want tobuy back, and save them in a tranche for the buyback.
The following busienss processes are supported:
Refinancing contracts are bought back on their final due date.
Changes to a consumer contract require a buyback of the refinancingcontract that is dependent on the consumer contract.
A certain refinancing contract is to be bought back for whatever reason.

Integration
You can use report Process a Tranche (Refinancingor Buyback) to make manual changes to the created tranche for thebuyback and trigger the actual buyback of the refinancing contracts. Therefinancing contracts are bought back at their residual value ordeactivated if no residual value remains.

Features

General Information and Tranche Information
Enter the following data at the start of selection:
Company code
Buyback date
Tranche number

Contract Selection and Additional Information for Contracts
Several options are available for selecting the refinancing contracts:
Contracts with final due date
Enter the company code of the leasing company. The system first selectsall the contract items in that company code that are due on thespecified buyback date and whose process is saved in cluster type 06 inIMG activity Assign Refinancing Category andChange Process to a Cluster Type (table TFILA_RE_CHGPR). All thedependent contract items (SALB asset contract, and possibly installmentforfaiting contract and residual value contract) are then selected forthese items, if they have not already been selected.
You can use the additional information to enter the reason fortermination.
Changed contracts
The system selects all the consumer contract items in the enteredcompany code whose change process is defined in cluster types 01, 02,03, and 04 in IMG activity Assign RefinancingCategory and Change Process to a Cluster Type (table TFILA_RE_CHGPR).Cancelled NEWL contract items are also selected.
You can use the additional information for changed contracts to limitthe selection to a time interval - for example, all the items changedwithin the last month. The system determines all the dependentrefinancing contracts for these consumer contract items. If severalchange processes that are not relevant for refinancing have beenperformed for a contract item, the first refinanced contract is used todetermine the dependent refinancing contracts.
Manually determined contracts
You can use the additional information for the manually determinedcontracts to enter refinancing contracts directly (active SALBcontracts, passive SALB contracts, installment forfaiting contracts andresidual value loan contracts). The entry of consumer contracts is notsupported.
In the case of SALB contracts, the dependent refinancing contracts arealso determined: If a passive SALB contract is entered, the active SALBcontract of the object company code is determined, along with anydependent installment forfaiting and residual value loan contracts. Thesame applies to SALB active contracts.

Additional Settings
The following additional settings are available for the program run:
Test Run

Application Log
The system displays the application log directly. You can also displaythe application log in transaction SLG1.
Process Tranche Directly
The system goes directly to tranche processing after running the report. You will most likely set this flag during test runs.
