SAP Program FEH_SFW_FEH_PPO_INTEGRATE_TEST -

Purpose
You use this test report to check whether BS_FEH_PPO_INTEGRATE_1 isswitched on and whether the appropriate function are available. To doso, activate business function FND_SOA_REUSE_1 in transactionSFW5. Note that the documentation and the test casehave been assigned to the business function.

Integration
Switch on business function FND_SOA_REUSE_1 in transactionSFW5.
You need authorization for transactions:

  • /SAPPO/PPO2 (Edit Postprocessing Order)

  • /SAPPO/PPO3 (Display Postprocessing Order)

    • This report is based on the demonstration application SFLIGHT. You usethe report to create test data for Payload Editor and PostprocessingOffice (PPO) Desktop.

    Prerequisites
    The PPO Desktop has to be set up. The following settings, which areavailable only if BS_FEH_PPO_INTEGRATE_1 is switched on, must be made:

    • ECH components and processes in Customizing activity
      • Define Business Processes:
      Component,,Process,,Action Class,,Persistence,,Notification
      FEH_TEST,,SFLIGHT,,CL_FEHTEST_SFLIGHT_ACTION,,CL_FEH_MESSAGE_PERSISTENCY
      ,,CL_FEH_REGISTRATION
      • PPO Processes in Customizing activity Define
        • Business Processes:

        • Mapping between ECH and PPO Customizing in Customizing activity
          • Define Business Processes for PostprocessingOffice

          • Data for demonstration application SFLIGHT is available in the system.
            • You use transaction SE16 for tables SFLIGHT, SBOOK,SCUSTOM, STRAVELAG, SAIRPORT, and SCARR to check this. If these tablesdo not contain any entries, run report
            SAPBC_DATA_GENERATOR.
            Run report SAPBC_DATA_GENERATOR to togenerate test data in demonstration application SFLIGHT.

            Selection

            • Start PPO Desktop Directly: If this indicator is set, the PPO
              • Desktop for the PPO postprocessing order is started.

              Standard_variants
              The Start PPO Desktop Directly indicator is set by default.

              Output
              If you start the report without setting the Start PPO DesktopDirectly indicator, the report displays the GUID of the generatedpayload or the PPO postprocessing order. You can make this selection onthe PPO Desktop selection screen (for example, by choosing F5 on theselection screen for transaction /SAPPO/PPO3).
              Double click on the GUID to go straight to the PPO Desktop for thepostprocessing order.
