Transfer of top n lists and products to the new structures for partnerproduct ranges (PPR) for Release 3.0A.

Purpose
Redesign of tables in CRM Marketing: Transfer of Release 2.0C data whenupgrading to Release 3.0A.

The system first transfers the permanent top n lists into PPR's, thentransfers the BW-generated top n lists.
If a BW list and a permanent list share the same usage category andtarget group, the system does not create a new PPR. Instead, theproducts belonging to the BW list are attached (with type 89) to thePPR of the permanent list (products of type 1).
