SAP Program CRM_STATUS_GET_STATUS_PROC - UI Filter for System Status in Business Transaction

Purpose
For all possible system statuses that can be active for a status object,only some are useful in specific business scenarios of the CRM businesstransaction.
For this reason, the display and maintainability of system statuses isrestricted by the SAP system tableCRMC_STATUS_PROC.
You can use the CRM_STATUS_GET_STATUS_PROC report to see whichsystem statuses are provided for each specific scenario.
The following are entered:

  • Reference (header or item)

  • Business transaction object type (sales transaction)

  • Status object type

  • Status profile (optional).

    • A list is displayed for the status object types in the user interfacewith these values, together with set attributes and help texts.
