Purpose
The report CRM_PML_MAIL_FORM_TRANSPORT enables the transport of a mailform from the current (source) system to another (target) system.
Before the actual transport is performed, consistency checks run whetherthe settings reltaed to the personalized mails functionality in thesource and target systems correspond to each other. Otherwise, the mailform designed in the source system may not be used correctly in thetarget system.
Technically, this is realized via a call to an RFC function module inthe target system, that creates the mail form in the target system basedon a serialized version of the mail form that is transfered via thenetwork connection.

Prerequisites
An appropriate RFC connection between the source and the target systemhas to be avaiable. RFC connections are maintained using transactionSM59.

Selection

• Target RFC destination:,,RFC destination that represents the
target system of the transport

• Overwrite existing?:,,,,In case an mail form with the ID of the
to-be-transported mail form already exists in the target system, it willbe overwritten if this flag is set.

• Check only?:,,,,,,Only the consistency checks are performed. No
actual transport happens.
