Creation of Resources and Availability in the Workforce Management(WFM) Core

Purpose
You use this program to createresources in the WFM Corefor service representatives who are assigned to a certain service groupand to assign availabilityto these resources, which are then displayed in the Resource PlanningTool.
The system takes into account the data created in the BusinessWorkplace calendar and the factory calendar.
SAP recommends that you select the flag Delete Previous Time Data
; this means that the availabilities created in the WFM Core forprograms that ran previously are deleted.
The program can be repeated as many times as required.

Integration
You have to execute this program when you use theResource Planning Tool andthe Human Capital Management (HCM) component is not in use.
