Purpose
If you model your CRM Enterprise Search templates in a client that isnot your customizing client, then you will have to perform a client copyof your model into the customizing client. Use this program to performa client copy of your model. The source client is always the CRM ESmodeling client, while the target client is the customizing client. Thereason for this is that the templates may only be transported from thecustomizing client. You are free to select any client as the target,except of course the source client.

Integration
Use transaction CRM_ES_CC to call the program.

Selection

• In the field Target Client, you specify the target client. For
transport purposes this should be the Customizing client.

• In the field Template Set, you specify the template set
whose templates are copied over. You can specify additional templatesets if you press the arrow button.

• The checkbox Only transferred templates controls whether
templates that were already transferred to SAP NetWeaver EnterpriseSearch are selected for client copy.

• The checkbox Clean up target client controls whether all
templates in the target client are removed before copying.

• The checkbox Simulation controls whether the client copy is
simulated. We recommend that you use this option before every clientcopy.

Activities
Check the result of the client copy execution in the application logunder object CRM_ES and subobject CRM_ES_CLIENT_COPY.
