Purpose
This program is for displaying table entries in the area of budgetingand planning in Funds Management and Project System.
To have the relevant budgeting object displayed on the entry screen,you enter the object number or the assignments describing object. For abudgeting object in Funds Management, these assignments are FM area,funds center, commitment item and fund. For a Project System budgetingobject, on the other hand, the assignments are either project and WBSelement or controlling area, cost center and order number for an order.
After execution, a list appears on the first representation level, thatconsists of the number of database records belonging to each object.The list is sorted according to table. By double clicking on a line,the individual records are displayed and therefore the entries of thekey fields. If you double click on a line again, the correspondingdatabase appears in its entirety.
