Purpose
This program transfers budget plan data collated using the BADIBPREP_RETRACTION_BUD Funds Management(FM) budgeting.
You can only transfer data for an FM area, version and fiscal year foreach plan data transfer. This data is taken from the first data recordof the plan data returned in the BADI. When FM area, version or fiscalyear deviate in other data records, these data records are nottransferred into FM. However, they are noted in the plan data transferlog.

Prerequisites
The BADI BPREP_RETRACTION_BUD must beimplemented. In this BADI, you determine which data is to be read andhow the data is to be transferred into the Budget Control System withthis program.

Features
The data generated by the BADI is transferred into FM Budgeting. When aderivation is required to returnBS Elements, the selectedderivation strategy for accounts assignment is run in accordance withthe BADI parameter value.

The program generates entry documents during budget entry. An entry cancombine several BS Elements

The data transfer is noted in a Log
, which contains all notifications arising during the data transfer.
Note: When the update profile 600, and thus the budgetary ledger, isactive, the additional fields for the budgetary ledger are shown, andare also transferred into the entry document.
