Delete Budget Structure

Description
You use program BPCARRT0 to delete data of the wholeBudget structure (BS) foreach fund in an FM area or delete selected data of a BS.

Integration
Note:
You should not execute this program if in doing so you delete a BS thatalready has budget data. Deleting the BS could lead to budget datainconsistencies.

Features
You can restrict the deleting to individual funds or do it for allfunds.
If you have set no funds and no indicator All funds, then thedelete program is executed for the fund 'SPACE'.
Additionally, you can select which data of a BS is to be deleted. Forthis, set the appropriate indicator for:

• Budget objects


• Posting objects


• Assignment objects commitment budget


• Assignment objects payment budget


• Group assignment (when using commitment item groups)


• Net vote objects (when using ISPS German local authorities)

If you set all indicators, the whole BS is deleted for the respectivefund(s) in the fiscal year.

Year-independent master data maintenance
The system sets the indicator All fiscal years
If you execute the program, all the budget structure data marked by youis deleted for all fiscal years.

Year-dependent master data maintenance
You must specify a respective fiscal year, in which a BS is defined.You can also select all fiscal years by setting the appropriateindicator.
If you execute the program, then all the BS data marked by you isdeleted in the respective fiscal year or in all fiscal years.
Output
The BS data selected will be deleted in an update run. As a result, youget a list of database tables and the number of deleted entries theycontain.
