Description
Program BPCALC01 calculates surcharges in the budget.
Surcharges in the budget are also calculated when you enter,distribute, or transfer budget, and when you import the budget directlyusing function module KBPP_EXTERN_UPDAT'.
No surcharge calculation is possible in the "Change in Hierarchy"budget transactions.
Generally speaking, the surcharges calculated are rolled up to the topfunds center/commitment item combination. They must then berecalculated. Use program BPCALC01 to do this.

If you change the surcharge tables, complete recalculation isnecessary. Use program BPCALC01 to do this.
