If you have the required authorization, you can triggerfollow-up actions online. You can also changespecific data in the documents.
You can go from most of the fields displayed to the reference fields.

If you want to trigger follow-up actions or change data, you must havethe necessary authorization.

Output
Documents are displayed in list form. You can change the layout of thefields to suit yourself and save your changed list format as a variant.
