Purpose
You can use this program to display data for award grants. Data isdisplayed that is available as basic data in the Accrual Engine.

Prerequisites
For the purpose of Stock Option Accounting, data must previously havebeen transferred from the HR system to the Accrual Engine.
This data transfer can be performed with transaction SOAHRTRANS.

Features
Data for award grants can only be displayed.
Displayed data can only be changed in the Accrual Engine by means oftransferring data from the HR system. This ensures data consistencybetween the HR system and the Accrual Engine.

Selection
To restrict the number of grants displayed, you can make entries in therestrictive selection criteria on the initial screen.
The data displayed is time-dependent:
When data is transferred from the HR system, the data in the AccrualEngine is updated and a history of changes made is stored in theAccrual Engine.
Data is therefore displayed with reference to a key date:
Data is displayed that is valid on the key date in question.

Output
The award grants data are presented as follows:
The left half of the screen displays a list of award grants. This listhas a hierarchical structure (tree): The characteristics that uniquelydefine an award grant are displayed as nodes in this hierarchy.
These characteristics are:
Company code
Award
Grant date
Cost center (only if passed on from the HR system)
The structure of the hierarchy, that is the sequence of the individualnodes in the hierarchy, can be set using a "tree variant". Treevariants can be created in Customizing for "Provisions for Awards".
The right half of the screen displays detailed information for theselected accrual award grant.
