SAP Program EHSKR_EPM_RISK_ASSESSMENT - List Risk Assessments

Purpose
Determining EH&S key figures:

  • Number of risk assessments for defined criteria

  • Number of new risk assessments

  • Number of overdue risk assessments

  • Depending on the parameter settings in the Risk Assessment Datagroup box, this report determines one of the EH&S key figures mentionedabove.
For more information about using selection parameters, see theSelection section.
If the report is called in the background (batch mode), only the keyfigure value is determined, detailed information is not formatted.
If the report is not called in the background, it provides a listof the risk assessments that were determined using the selectionparameters that you specified.

    Prerequisites
    Authorization Check
Missing authorizations can mean that the key figure cannot bedetermined, or that only the determined key figure is output. In thiscase, no detailed data is output. If you restrict the specifiedselection criteria such that only data for which you have authorizationis determined, the key figure is correctly determined and the detaileddata is output in the results table. An exception to the authorizationcheck is the HR master data check. If no personal data may be read, those fields remain blank.
    Authorization Objects
The following authorization objects are required to determine this keyfigure in the key-figure-determining EHS system:

    • P_ORGIN ,,,,(HR: Master Data)

    • PLOG ,,,,(Personnel Planning)

    • P_APPL ,,,,(HR: Applicants)

                  Selection
In the selection screen you can use the following parameters to restrictthe set of hits:

                  • In the Risk Assessment Data group box, you set for which status
                  • or reason risk assessments are determined. You can also further restrictthe change period and overdue risk assessments (EH&S Key Figure:Number of Overdue Risk Assessments) (risk assessments with overduedate of next risk assessment).
If no value is entered in the Change Period (in Days)field, all risk assessments with the key date up-to and including dateare determined.
EH&>S Key Figure: Number of Risk Assessments for Defined Criteria
If the Change Period (in Days) field has a value, onlyrisk assessments whose date of change is within the specified timeinterval are determined:
Example: Change period (in days): 10, up-to and including01/15/2006 --> considered time interval: 01/05/2006 to 01/15/2006

                      • box, the plant or work area to be considered can be restricted, and theoperation status of the work area at the time of the value assessmentcan be set.
You can also set the integration object type or integration object forwhich risk assessments are determined.
                        • In the Display Options group box it is possible to set the title

                          Standard_variants
This report is provided without a report variant.
However, you can create your own variants to save the parameter settingsthat you require.
We recommend that you save the basic settings as a variant to enableupdated entered parameters to reset to the basic settings.
