SAP Program EHSKR_EPM_ASSPERSPROT - List Health Surveillance Protocols

Purpose
This report determines the EH&S key figure Number of HealthSurveillance Protocols Where the Next Appointment Lies in the Past.
For information about using selection parameters, see the Selection
section.
If the report is called in the background (batch mode), only the keyfigure value is determined, detailed information is not formatted.
If the report is not called in the background, it provides a listof the health surveillance protocols that were determined using theselection parameters that you specified.

Prerequisites
Authorization Check
Missing authorizations can mean that the key figure cannot bedetermined, or that only the determined key figure is output. In thiscase, no detailed data is output. However, if you restrict the specifiedselection criteria such that only data for which you have authorizationis determined, the key figure is correctly determined and the detaileddata is output in the results table. An exception to the authorizationcheck is the HR master data check. If no personal data may be read, those fields remain blank.
Authorization Objects
The following authorization objects are required to determine this keyfigure in the key-figure-determining EHS system:

  • P_ORGIN ,,,,(HR: Master Data)

  • P_APPL ,,,,(HR: Applicants)

  • PLOG ,,,,(Personnel Planning)

  • C_EHSI_WAH ,,(EHS: Work Area Header)

  • C_EHSB_STA ,,(EHS: Status of Objects)

  • C_EHSH_PER ,,(EHS: Persons in Occupational Health)

  • C_EHSH_POH ,,(EHS: Person-Related Occupational Health Data)

          • To call the detail view for a single health surveillance protocol, select the appropriate line and choose the Details pushbutton.
            Note:
If the Determined KPI on the result screen is different from thenumber of rows in the results table (detailed data), this can beexplained as follows:
The determined KPI represents the number of health surveillanceprotocols that were determined for the given selection parameters. Inthe results table, details are output for these health surveillanceprotocols that among other things contains information about the workarea(s) that the person examined is assigned to. As it is possible toassign more than one work area to a person, the work area information islisted separately in the results table. Therefore, it is possible thatmore than one line is filled in the results table for a healthsurveillance protocol for the person to be examined.

            Selection
In the selection screen you can use the following parameters to restrictthe set of hits:

            • In the Data for Health Surveillance Protocol group box, you can
            • limit the status of the assignment to the examined person (for example, only active assignments). Furthermore, you can restrict to healthcenter. If the Health Center Assigned indicator is set, only healthsurveillance protocols that are assigned to a health center areselected. If this indicator is not set, only health surveillanceprotocols without an assigned health center are considered.
              • In the Details of Next Appointment group box, you set in which
              • period the next appointment for a health surveillance protocol may be.
                • In the Selection of Health Surveillance Protocols with Assignment to

                • ... group box, the personnel area or personnel subarea of the personexamined for a health surveillance protocol can be restricted.
Note: If restrictions for the personnel area or personnel subareaare specified, only those persons that match these criteria are outputin the results list. Persons for which no personnel area or personnelsubarea can be determined are not output.
Furthermore, the plant or work area (that the examined person isassigned to) to be considered can be restricted.
                  • In the Display Options group box it is possible to set the title
                  • of the results list and to predefine a layout variant for the resultslist.

                    Standard_variants
This report is provided without a report variant.
However, you can create your own variants to save the parameter settingsthat you require.
We recommend that you save the basic settings as a variant to enableupdated entered parameters to reset to the basic settings.
