Purpose
This report program is used for the initial and delta download of theSurvey templates to the Data Orchestration Engine (DOE). Theinitial/delta download of survey templates depends on the followingcriteria:

• Valid as of date


• Assigned to transaction types defined in download and upload parameters
of mobile customization
